Yogic exercises are totally natural in their effect on the organs of the body. By the practice of yoga internal organs are corrected and strengthened.

For more meditative and spiritual aspirants. Ashtanga means eight parts viz Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi.

The aspirants may not know their full potentialities lying hidden within them. The Guru (Teacher) alone can find out how much an aspirant is able to advance towards spiritual heights. Classes are conducted on all days in the Ashram. Yoga camps can be arranged for short durations of two weeks or one month for a group of persons in the Ashram or any part of the world, on advanced booking. Teachers’ Training will also be conducted for minimum one months’ duration.
