Aspirants desirous of visiting our Ashram for learning yoga are always welcome. Visits for a period of one week or more days are entertained. Swami Rajakrishna will also attend the Seminars/Workshops for two weeks or more arranged by aspirants in foreign countries, who want to learn yoga.

After practicing yoga, when you interact with other persons whether in the family or outside you can identify your shortcomings like negative emotions and thoughts whatever and correct yourself and gradually you become the master of the situation. But it requires a regular practice of yoga and meditation. As the world changes, people of all walks of life are required to improve their physical, mental and spiritual faculties to withstand any situation. Wealth cannot solve all problems in life. You have to understand yourself, others and situations properly for correct decision and action. Then life here and hereafter become peaceful and worthwhile.
Normally people after retirement become lazier and find no particular aim in life and without capable of doing anything for the family and society they become depressed/demoralized and become a burden even for close relatives. If you do yoga and meditation as a part of your life, you become more alive even on reaching old age and do something useful for family and society. Those who are more spiritual can intensify their meditation to realize God. Then life becomes more meaningful. They can leave the body finally without causing much trouble for others.
